Squan Trading Company will notify you promptly if an item is out of stock. You will have the option to keep your order open in a back-order status, receive store credit, or have your purchase refunded.
It is the your responsibility to cancel all back orders via email to email@example.com; otherwise the back order will ship when item is back in stock.
When items are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.

Squan Trading Company wants your shopping experience to be memorable and we want to re-visit our store. We understand that sometimes a product does not meet your needs and you wish to make a return. In order to facilitate this as best as we can, should your selection not meet with your satisfaction, you may return your items for a full refund or exchange, less the original shipping costs, and/or any shipping costs that were incurred by Squan Trading Company if your order was originally shipped with a free shipping promotion. You must initiate the return process within 5 business days of the date of receiving the purchase. Please contact customer service via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org with questions or concerns. Please be sure to include your name and your order number to enable us to get back to you within 2 business days. For damaged items, please see policy below.
Purchases from the physical store:
Store credit only for any returns within 1 week accompanied by receipt.
Specific Return Rules:
Please e-mail Squan Trading Company for a Return Authorization Number and the appropriate shipping return address. We will not accept phone call requests for returns.
You must include your name, order number, the reason for the return in your email, and note if you would like to receive store credit or a refund to your bank card.

Squan Trading Company will process the Return Authorizaion Requests typically within 24-48 business hours of receipt, and will e-mail detailed shipping and return instructions back to customers with the issued Return Authorization Number.
Items that are returned must be in "like-new", "sell able" condition. "Sell able Condition" means that all returned items must be in their original factory condition and in their original packages with all factory-supplied paperwork, packing materials, etc. All rugs, lighting, pillows and items that come pre-packaged with factory labels must still have these INTACT. The items will be inspected by Squan Trading Company, and if they are determined not to be in this condition, your return will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Purchasers are responsible for all return postage.
Please make sure that the items are properly repackaged for safe shipment back to Squan Trading Company.
Squan Trading Company recommends sending your returns back to our facility fully insured for the cost of your items, and with tracking numbers.
Credit will be issued after inspection of your return items. If your package arrives damaged, you will be directed to work with your shipping company to process the insurance claim.
Please allow 10 business days after the receipt of your item for the credit to be processed.
Refusal of Delivery:
If you refuse delivery of the item(s) when it reaches your home or place of business, you will be charged for all shipping costs, including the cost to return the item(s) to Squan Trading Company. You will also be charged for any bank credit card fees that have been incurred along with handling and restocking fee(minimum 25%) imposed on us by our suppliers.

Squan Trading Company takes great care and precaution in packaging items for shipping, but sometimes packages do arrive damaged. Please let us know via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of receiving your package if this happens.
In order for Squan Trading Company to quickly replace your damaged item, please include the following information in email request:
DO NOT discard any of the packaging or items until directed to do so. In many instances, the freight carrier will want to pick up the damaged boxes and items.
DO NOT ship anything back to Squan Trading Company that is damaged unless directed to do so by Squan Trading Company. We will not refund shipping charges for returned, damaged items.
Please allow Squan Trading Company 2 business days to process the request and have a resolution.
