Refund policy
Returns and Refunds:
All sales placed through the Squan Trading Company website are Final. Squan Trading Company has a no return and no refund policy. If you receive the incorrect order, please contact info@squantradingcompany.com. If you receive a damaged order, please follow the policy regarding damaged goods below.
Damage Policy:
Squan Trading Company takes great care and precautions in packaging items for shipping, but sometimes packages do arrive damaged. Please let us know via e-mail: info@squantradingcompany.com.within 2 business days of receiving your package if this happens.
In order for Squan Trading Company to quickly replace your damaged item, please include the following information in email request:
Your name
The order number
Details and images of the damaged items
Details and images of the condition of the shipping package
DO NOT discard any of the packaging or items until directed to do so. In many instances, the freight carrier will want to pick up the damaged boxes and items.
DO NOT ship anything back to Squan Trading Company that is damaged unless directed to do so by Squan Trading Company. We will not refund shipping charges for returned damaged items.
Please allow Squan Trading Company 2 business days to process the request and have a resolution.
Refusal of Delivery:
If you refuse delivery of the item(s) when it reaches your home or place of business, you will be charged for all shipping costs, including the cost to return the item(s) to Squan Trading Company. You will also be charged for any bank credit card fees that have been incurred along with handling and restocking fee (minimum 25%) imposed on us by our suppliers.
