Shipping policy

Currently Squan Trading Company only ships to the continental United States.

In stock items usually ship within 2-5 business days.

Made to order items usually ship within 3-4 weeks.

Custom order items usually ship within 4-6 weeks.

Special order items ship as stated at time of order.

Scale Models are Special Order with an estimated ship of 8-12 weeks. An inventory of select Scale Models are available and will ship within 2-5 business days.

Squan Trading Company will notify you promptly if an item is out of stock. You will have the option to keep your order open in a back-order status, receive store credit, or have your purchase refunded. 

It is the your responsibility to cancel all back orders via email to info@squantradingcompany.com; otherwise the back order will ship when item is back in stock.

When items are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.

Squan Trading Company ships via UPS or FedEx.

For purchases awarded free shipping Squan Trading Company reserves the right to choose the shipping method/carrier.
